BITUMEN - POLYMER MEMBRANES :

a) APP MODIFIED BITUMEN MEMBRANE (TORCH APPLIED)

We produce two types of modified bitumen membrane, with different reinforcement :

• 1- N series: membrane with non-woven polyester reinforcement 3 and 4 mm thickness.

It is a high performance waterproofing membrane are designed for easy torch application, made out of distilled bitumen modified with polymers and reinforced with a non-woven polyester mat which adds excellent puncture and tearing resistance to the membrane, and multi-directional elongation.

It is suitable for waterproofing as a layer or layers for foundations, bridge decks, roofs, wet areas, hydraulic works, metal floors, flower boxes and for many other purposes where high strength is required.

• 2- G series: membrane with glass-fiber reinforcements 3 and 4 mm thickness.

It is a high performance waterproofing membrane designed for easy torch
application or it is secured using mechanical means. It is made out of distilled bitumen modified with polymers and reinforced glass-fiber used for complementary plies in built-up waterproofing systems. It is used together with other materials and/or products as leveling layer, a separation layer, or to accommodate movement in built-up waterproofing systems.

b) SBS MODIFIED BITUMEN MEMBRANE (TORCH APPLIED)

Styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) Modified Bitumen Membrane reinforced with non-woven polyester torch applied.

It is a very high performance waterproofing membrane which has excellent response to thermal shock and excellent resistance to fatigue and has flexibility at low temperature (-20°C).

But compared with APP membrane, SBS membrane are more sensitive to high temperatures, require more care in application and, since they present poor resistance to ultraviolet radiation, heavy protection to membrane must be used.

• 1- N series: membrane with non-woven polyester reinforcement 3 and 4 mm thickness.

c) MEMBRANES SELF-PROTECTED WITH COLORED MINERAL GRANULES

It is a high performance waterproofing membrane designed for easy torch, excellent resistance to UV rays. It is used for non-trafficable flat roofs having a slope up to 5%.
